Three men have been charged this evening by police officers investigating violence at least season's FA Cup derby between Aston Villa and West Brom.
51-year-old Robert Bernard from Wednesbury has been charged with causing fear of unlawful violence alongside Carl Ashmore, 29, and John Ritchie, 34, both from West Bromwich.
All three men will appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court in October.
If they're found guilty, they'll receive football banning orders barring them from attending matches.
As part of their bail conditions imposed ahead of their court appearance, none of them are allowed within five miles of Villa Park before, during and after and games.
They are also barred from going to any regulated football fixture.
Violence erupted in Birmingham following the match in March earlier this year. A number of arrests have been made in connection with the on-going investigation with more set to follow.
