Leicestershire County Cricket Club said it is 'disappointed' to announce that today’s NatWest T20 Blast match against Worcestershire Rapids has been abandoned due to the bad weather.
Aylestone was affected by flash flooding on Tuesday and the Fischer County Ground had water gathering in the far corner of the ground.
The club said an inspection has been conducted by match umpires and they concluded that the ground is unfit for play today.
