AUDIO SLIDESHOW: Mother from Nottingham talks about the day her daughter died on holiday

'Amana was having one of the best days of her life'.

21-year-old Amarna Carthy from Carlton in Nottingham was having the holiday of a lifetime in Turkey this May. She spoke to her mum just an hour before hiring a quad bike. Riding on a main road, she went to pull over onto the hard shoulder to let other vehicles past, but veered into a ditch. Amarna was killed instantly.

Tashaka Baumber says the headgear her daughter was given was inadequate, and was 'left in pieces' after the crash.
