Fire services reassure tenants following deadly flat fire

Fire services across the Midlands are reassuring tenants living in high rise buildings following a deadly fire in a tower block in West London, which claimed the lives of at least 12 people.

More than 70 people were treated in hospital following the fire at Grenfell Tower in North Kensington.

Report: People come together to help victims of tower block fire

The Prime Minister has announced there will be a public enquiry into the fire that has claimed lives and destroyed a tower block in North West London on Tuesday night.

The neighbourhood has been overwhelmed with donations of food, clothing and other essentials for the dozens of families made homeless. Callum Watkinson has been speaking to two men from our region who felt they had to go and help.
