Flags to fly at half mast in tribute to Barcelona terror attack victims

The Leader of Nottingham City Council, Councillor Jon Collins, has responded to the terror attack in Barcelona today, He said:

"This is another absolutely senseless attack targeting innocent people going about their lives in a busy city. Our thoughts are with all those affected. Nottingham stands together with the people of Barcelona.”

The council also confirmed flags will fly at half mast on the Council House and the Castle tomorrow.
