How to practice Mindfulness

A Buddhist monk has been in Jersey this weekend, teaching islanders skills which can help reduce stress, anxiety and depression.

Gelong Thubten is an expert in Mindfulness meditation, which is increasingly being used by the NHS to treat mental health conditions.

He's held workshops with organisations all over Britain from supermarkets and schools, to law practices and prisons.

ITV met with him in the studio earlier today.
