Guernsey's government is continuing to sell off the prime real estate it owns.
Politicians want to put Victorian military barracks Fort Richmond on the Open Market.
The States won't put a price on it, but by going on the Open Market it means the barracks could become a millionaire's home, and can be bought by people outside the island.
This is one of the views they would have:
The Fort has been many things in its history. It was built in the 1850's as a military garrison, before more recently being used as social housing and as a base for island community groups.
The National Trust for Guernsey say it is a shame that the States are selling a heritage site, but they cannot afford to buy it.
