Jodie Botterill names squad to face Scotland U-15 School Girls

Jersey's CAPITA Player Development Centre Girls will face a tough test this weekend as they host Scotland's U15's School Girls.

Scotland Schools FA are using the visit as a training camp in preparation for the Bob Docherty international tournament to be held in Newport, Wales from 1st-4th April. The tournament includes England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales and the Republic of Ireland.

The impressive Scottish side were last year’s International tournament winners, winning all their games without conceding a goal.

The teams will meet twice at Springfield Stadium once on Sunday 5th March at 3.00 pm and again on Monday 6th March at 5.00pm

“It’s a fantastic opportunity for our girls to play against a team at such a high level.

It’s a chance for our girls to experience standards of play that can be achieved by young female players through hard work and commitment.

We are very much looking forward to both of these games.”
