Carlyon to captain Jersey in World Cup qualifier
Jersey have named their Under 19s squad who will be hoping to book their place at next year's Cricket World Cup in New Zealand via a qualifying tournament on home soil.
Batsman Harrison Carlyon, who made his senior debut at World League 4 in Los Angeles last year, will captain the side and will be joined by the likes of Julius Sumerauer, David Bourne and Zak Tribe who have also been called up to the national side in recent months.
The week long competition, which begins on July 24th, will see the hosts take on Scotland, Ireland and Denmark with the overall winners going on to compete at the Under 19s World Cup.
