A Guernsey charity is teaching local businesses about the barriers faced by jobseekers with disabilities.
The Guernsey Employment Trust is running a workshop this morning.
Last week, the States of Guernsey signed a Charter (developed by the Trust) to show its commitment to improving employment opportunities for islanders with disabilities.
The Charter is made up of nine commitments which aim to make firms in Guernsey more inclusive.
Disability discrimination law isn't likely to be approved by the States until next year.
