A second Reform candidate has been referred to Jersey's Attorney General over inconsistencies on their nomination paper.
Sarah Westwater is standing for the position of Deputy in St Lawrence. She will have to wait for a decision from the Royal Court this week to see if she can still stand.
Last week Reform candidate Marilyn Carré had to withdraw her nomination for Constable of St Brelade because of discrepancies on her nomination form.
Reform, Jersey's only registered political party, still has 18 candidates standing to be elected.
Ms Carré's nomination forms showed she had not fully notified her proposers and nine seconders of her intention to stand as a candidate for Reform.
It is still uncertain if it is the same case with Ms Westwater.
A special sitting of the Royal Court is due on Thursday 26th April at 10am.
