Islanders are being encouraged to face their biggest fears this July as part of anew campaign by the British Heart Foundation.

The BHF is calling for people to fight their phobias by taking on a challenge to raise money for heart research.

The charity's phobia study has shown that modern day fears are also making their way into people's lives...
