Durrell is working with two key lemur habitats in Madagascar as part of its new re-wilding strategy.

It comes after warnings that every species of lemur is under threat of extinction.

Durrell's CEO says she hopes people visiting the zoo will make people realise how special the creatures are.

Just here at Durrell, we have stopped species going extinct, so we know it works, we absolutely know it works, and we are confident that we can add, working with our partners all over Madagascar and around the world for other species, we know that we can do something, and hopefully we're going to prevent more extinctions that could happen in the future.
