Around half of people with disabilities across the Channel Islands do not think there are good employment opportunities.
That's one of a number of findings from a recent survey commissioned by ITV Channel Television that looked at what life is like for islanders living with a disability.
The results showed that one in five people with disabilities said they want more choice in their work options and to have more of a say when it comes to employment opportunities.
12% said they have been treated unfairly by their employer or work colleagues.
