Britain's Got Talent winner, Lee Ridley, has been in Jersey today speaking at the Able to Work conference run by the Jersey Employment Trust.
Lee, who has cerebral palsy, is unable to speak and he won the 2018 series with his stand up comedy routine as "Lost Voice Guy".
The theme of today's conference was Make it Happen, Make it Matter. It focused on recognising people's talents and abilities and the career development available to people with disabilities.
Lee was interviewed by the journalist Anthony Lewis who experienced difficulties with speech himself after a stroke.
