People in Sark are able to have their say on who they think should be the island's decision makers in the Sark Election today.
15 candidates are in the running for the nine roles of Chief Pleas.
Voting booths will be open at the Island Hall from 10am until 6pm.
It has been a turbulent time for the government recently following its dispute with Sark Electricity. The company was forced to drop its price which lead to the business owner insisting it would have to switch off the island's supply.
After finally reaching an agreement the price was put back up and the power kept on. Sark's Chief Pleas now have until February to buy the company.
