A woman from Jersey has used her passion for cooking to give something back to a local charity, just in time for Christmas.
Nutritionist Rachel de Caen, who has worked as a professional chef, has filled the "Crazy Kitchen Cookbook" with creative recipes that are easy to make and adaptable.
Rachel wanted to compile some of her favourite meals for a cause close to her heart after her grandmother was cared for by the Jersey Hospice.
It costs more than £16,000 to run the hospice each day, so Rachel has decided all proceeds from the book will be donated to the charity.
