Europe's largest water-sports park could be built at Jersey's St Catherine breakwater under new plans.
The new development would see St Catherine's Breakwater extended and would 'build on Jersey's Maritime history', according to the man behind it.
Business consultant Paul Mundy says it will be self funding and act as a draw for tourists.
The plans have been backed by Senator Steve Pallett and former Ports of Jersey CEO Doug Bannister.
The idea also aims to provide space for other commercial ventures too, such as docking facilities.
