Jersey's Comptroller and Auditor General says "progress" has been made since the 2015 report into housing repairs and maintenance.

Four years ago, the independent audit into Andium Homes found the company did not demonstrate value for money in its management of ‘responsive repairs’.

Today, tenants in States housing in Jersey are more satisfied with the way their homes are run.

Jersey's Comptroller and Auditor General says the housing provider has improved its repairs and maintenance works.

I welcome the constructive approach that Andium Homes has taken to my initial report and am pleased to see effective implementation of the majority of my recommendations.

– Karen McConnell, Comptroller and Auditor General

Andium Homes says it will continue to act on the recommendations from Jersey's Audit Office.
