Jersey Reds and Jersey Reds Women have announced their line-ups for Saturday's Siam Cup at Stade Santander International.
Both sides will be trying to regain their respective trophies on home soil after Guernsey's men won their first Siam in a decade a year ago, and their women made it seven successive wins.
There are eight debutants in the Reds' 22, including three among the five full-time professionals named by coach Myles Landick.
It is four years since Jersey agreed to limit the number of professionals they use to players who have been in the island for three years or more, a move designed to make the fixture more competitive.
Apakuki Ma'afu, George Eastwell - both new caps - and Aaron Penberthy - who has spent four years at the Reds across two stints - make up the pro contingent in the backs.
In the forwards, hooker Nick Selway - who captains the side on his final appearance for the club - and Siam newcomer Jack Macfarlane bolster what is now a predominantly amateur outfit.
The other new faces for Jersey's men are wing Mark Boarer and lock Bryn Edwards, and George Johnson, Tom Wilson and Tom Mayo, who are named among the replacements.
Jersey Reds 1-15: Chris Pople, Nick Selway (C), Ewan Davies, Bryn Edwards, Euan Spencer, Jack Macfarlane, Tim Corson, George Willmott, Liam Rhodes, Aaron Penberthy, Nathan Rogers, George Eastwell, Apakuki Ma'afu, Mark Boarer, Adam Spencer.
Replacements: David Felton, George Johnson, Tom Wilson, Harrison Berresford, Dom Mayo, Simon Johnson, Max Harrington.
Jersey Reds Women have not won the Siam since 2011 but come into this year's fixture with renewed optimism.
They finished their league season with seven victories on the bounce with a new-look side containing several new faces.
Among them is captain this weekend, Holly Bertram, who only took up rugby last summer but leads the team in the absence of the injured Lauren Lowe.
Jersey Reds Women 1-15: Holly Bertram (C), Amber Hopwood, Paris Ozouf, Willow Le Luan, Kerry Le Lievre, Kim Vallance, Pippa Donovan, Kerry Bertram, Bridgett Glasson, Sophie Lee, Taye Boakye-Yiadom, Roxy Rice, Emily Hart, Gaby Linstead, Rosie Corbett.
