Will Fazakerley scored two screamers, including one from inside his own half, as Guernsey FC drew 3-3 away at East Grinstead Town in the Isthmian South East.
The first - a clean strike from five yards short of the half-way line - gave Tony Vance's side the lead within two minutes.
Ross Allen added a quick second with his first goal since returning from New Zealand, before East Grinstead hit straight back twice to draw level.
Fazakerley thought he had won it for his team late on with another wonderful goal, this time cutting in from the left before rifling a rising shot into the far corner, but the home side equalised from the spot soon after.
It is Guernsey's second 3-3 draw in four days, following the point they picked up away at Faversham Town on the opening weekend, and leaves them 13th in the early table.
Watch: Will Fazakerley's wonder goal for Guernsey FC
That was an unbelievable strike, he hit it so cleanly, 10 out of 10, and it just flew in the net, so that was an outstanding strike. And then his second one, which we were looking at thinking was going to be the winner, was an absolute beauty, right in the top bin. I don't know what he's been fed on recently, but more of the same I think.
