Six Channel Islanders are cycling from Poole to Jersey to raise money for their friend.
After an accident last year William Ross was left permanently paralysed from the chest down.
In the months following his friends deciding to raise money for him and his family and help them find a new family home with wheelchair access.
The group are cycling over 600 miles in six days in the hope of raising funds for William and his family as well as the 'Inspire Foundation', which is a spinal cord research foundation.
This ride has taken them from Poole in Dorset, to Folkestone in Kent, across the Channel and on to St-Malo in France.
They will cross to Jersey today where they finish with a lap of the island.
