Two girls assaulted in Jersey bus station

Police are appealing for information after two teenagers were assaulted in Jersey.

Two girls were attacked by three girls of a similar age at Liberation Bus Station.

The three girls are described as being white and of slim or skinny build. Two had long, dyed blonde hair and the other had dark brown hair in a ponytail.

One of the victims was pulled to the ground by her hair and repeatedly kicked and punched by the two blonde girls. The second girl was then assaulted by all three girls when she stepped in to help.

It happened on Saturday 19 October at around 4.15pm, near stand K inside the station.

Police described the assault as a 'prolonged attack' and would like to speak to anyone who may have seen it take place.
