Jonny Labey says 'support from Jersey is always amazing' following X Factor exit

Jersey's Jonny Labey says "it was a shock" but "so, so lovely" to hear what people's thoughts were, after being the latest contestant to leave X Factor: Celebrity.

The support and love from Jersey is always amazing.

People are always so intrigued as to how you've come from such a small place, to doing anything really and I'm still thinking like that.

The 26-year-old former Eastenders star was eliminated from the competition in the second live show, after performing his version of Jet's 'Are You Gonna Be My Girl?'.

Speaking to ITV Channel News he described it as "one of the most humbling and heartwarming things I've ever experienced" and says "the reaction has been incredible".
