Jersey Police say they have 43 people they want to speak to over the rape of a teenager in Gorey.
Since an e-fit of the attacker was released last week, they have had 38 calls from members of the public.
Two detectives from Guernsey Police and one from Devon and Cornwall Police have joined the investigation. Officers are in the process of eliminating potential suspects from their inquiries.
Officers are continuing with house-to-house enquiries, having broadened the target area.
