A Jerseyman is pulling a car the length of a marathon for a local charity.

Ultra-runner Pete Wright is doing five lengths of the Five Mile Road in St Ouen, from Le Braye to Jersey Pearl, which is a staggering 26.2 miles in total.

He started at 6am this morning (16 November) and will is aiming to finish at approximately 6pm tonight.

The challenge is all in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support Jersey - a cause he says is very close to his heart.
