Inflation in Jersey slowed down to lowest level for more than two years

Inflation in Jersey has slowed down to its lowest level for more than two years.

The cost of living in Jersey increased by 2.5% in the year to December.

That's down slightly from 2.7% in the previous quarter.

The increase was driven partly by a rise in the cost of housing.

Household services, which includes things like school fees, and phone charges were also up.

As was the cost of leisure services, like holidays and entertainment.
