Guinea pigs stolen during Pets Paradise break in

A woman has been arrested after two guinea pigs have been stolen during a break in at a pet shop in Jersey.

Glass in the front door of Pets Paradise was found smashed with the guinea pigs and a number of pet harnesses stolen.

One of the guinea pigs is described as being white with red eyes and the other and black and white.

The break and entry happened in the early hours of Monday 20 January.

A 26-year-old woman has been arrested after presenting the two guinea pigs to Police on 23 January.

The guinea pigs have returned home safe and well.
