Drivers travelling along Rouge Bouillon in Jersey should expect disruption over the next week as parts of the road will be closed for maintenance.
Diversions are in place with no access from the roundabout to Great Union Road.
The closure is set to last until next Sunday (23 February 2020) and Great Union Road to Cheapside will be accessible to premises only.
Jersey Water say the work is being completed ahead of resurfacing work by the States next year.
The company say they are in the process of replacing all the underground pipes, manholes, stop taps and fittings in the area, with some pipes dating back to the 1930s.
They have apologised for any delays to drivers.
