People will not be able to access Sark or Herm from today.

All passenger sailings to and from the islands have been suspended until further notice.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause passengers. Thank you for your understanding during these testing times.

Herm Island has also put out this statement:

All sailings will be postponed, and we respectfully ask that no boaters visit the island until restrictions have been lifted.

We are extremely mindful that, even with social distancing measures, visitors will be put at further risk by being in close contact with one another and your health and safety is our primary concern.

We are sure you will appreciate that it is almost impossible to run a hospitality business of our nature and to operate ferries between Herm and Guernsey with guaranteed safety in these unprecedented circumstances.

– Craig Senior, CEO of Herm Island

If people have reservations up to 30 April, they are asked to contact their travel insurers and reservations@herm.com.
