Dental practices can now reopen in Jersey for islanders who need urgent or essential treatments.

The government says patients will be prioritised based on their needs, and will have to be triaged and screened before appointments. They will also be asked about their recent health and travel history.

Despite operating under strict safety protocols, dentists will not be able to maintain social distancing.

Islanders are being reminded that they should not visit a dental practice without making an appointment.
