Islanders complete 30 bays in 30 days challenge
Swimmers across the Channel Islands have been taking part in the 30 Bays in 30 Days challenge.
Islanders have been encouraged to swim at least 30 strokes at 30 different bays.
People in Guernsey will complete the challenge this evening (Thursday 30 July), whereas those in Jersey have until the end of August to do so.
More than 600 people signed up to Jersey's event to help raise money for Jersey Hospice Care and the National Trust.
Steve Hunt from Jersey Hospice Care says its hoping to raise in excess of £16,000.
We've had to cancel major events, so we will be more than £1m under in our fundraising targets for this year. So, we are looking for donations, we are encouraging anyone who can do anything to help raise funds for us please come forward and support us.
A group swim at Cobo Bay in Guernsey will get underway just after 6pm this evening to celebrate the last day of the event.
Entry money for the event will go to Les Bourgs Hospice. Keilan Webster has more...
