Jersey's Care Inquiry has heard evidence claiming there was a paedophile ring on the island in the 70s.
A witness has claimed he was told by St Helier shop owner Jeff Le Marquand that he supplied children from Haut de la Garenne and other places to well known people.
Mr Marquand was later charged with sex offences. He died in 2003.
The witness known as 138 was a teenager at the time. He said he had a bad time in care and was sleeping rough.
The Inquiry continues.
