More than 30 witnesses including an FBI agent are due to give evidence in the trial of a Sark couple accused of money laundering.

The trial of husband and wife Micheal Doyle, 47, and Belinda Lanyon, 54, opened this morning in Guernsey.

They deny all of the seven charges they face.

The prosecution claim the offences span ten years, across different countries.
