Fixers: Man with Asperger's campaigns to help people understand the condition

It is thought that around one percent of us have some form of autism. That is 70,000 people in the North West who struggle with communication, and can see the world very differently.

Jack Simmons, from Altrincham, has Asperger's Syndrome. He has enlisted the help of Fixers - the campaign that gives young people a voice, and he wants to help others see the world through his eyes.

Describing his condition, he said:

One thing I do struggle with is body language. I can't tell if someone is annoyed with me, or happy, or sad, unless they are making it really obvious.

It is a struggle.
