Greater Manchester Police: 'We will never close the Moors Murders case'

Greater Manchester Police will never close the Moor Murders case and Ian Brady's death "does not change that", Martin Bottomley, the head of the force's Cold Case Review Unit has said.

Moors Murderer Ian Brady, who tortured and murdered five children along with his partner Myra Hindley in the 1960s, died in hospital yesterday.

The remains of one of his victims, 12-year-old Keith Bennett, have never been found despite extensive searches.
