This is the heartwarming moment a dog owner is reunited with her four pets after they survived the devastating Liverpool car park fire trapped in a car.
The woman thought she would never see them again as flames engulfed the Liverpool Echo Arena car park on New Year's Eve.
But she was filmed running down the street to get to her pets after they were rescued by firefighters who found them in a car on the top floor.
Hundreds of people had been left stranded in the city on New Year's Eve after a fire broke out and destroyed their cars.
Amazingly the firefighters got to the dogs - Gizmo, Hank, Cassie and Betty - in time, bringing them to safety and keeping them fed with some spare hot dogs.
The woman, who has not been named, ran towards the dogs and told the firefighters: "We love you all."
She added: "I never thought i'd see my dogs again."
One of the firemen told her: "They were a bit scared up there."
Before adding: "We're all dog people."
Crews were at the scene throughout the night and car owners, many who had come to see the International Horse Show at the arena, were told to contact their insurance companies as it became evident all vehicles were damaged by the blaze.
It is believed a Land Rover erupted in flames on the car park's third level and the fire spread to multiple vehicles. It was still raging at 8pm.
Witnesses heard "loud bangs" and saw horses in the road after the animals were evacuated from a lower floor
