Thursday's weather with Kerrie

Staying on the mild side of average until the end of the week with spells of rain and rather dull.

Turning colder by the end of the day on Friday, bringing overnight frost, risk ice and some Pennine snow into the weekend.


Heavy rain will move away to the northeast during the afternoon, and the winds will begin to ease. Occasional bright spells may develop but staying rather cloudy for most areas. Not as mild as Wednesday but not as windy either. Highs 11°C.


A dry start to the night. Showers will develop after midnight, especially in the east over hills and misty and murky over higher ground too. It should remain frost free. Lows 4°C.
