Mother whose four children were killed in arson attack fundraises for hospital that helped save her life
A mother whose four children were killed when their home was deliberately set on fire has raised £1000 for the hospital team who helped save her life.
Demi, Brandon, Lacie and Lia all died after their home in Jackson Street in Walkden was targeted in an arson attack in December 2017.
Their mother, Michelle Pearson, survived the fire but was badly injured and was put into a medically induced coma.
Now, Michelle has managed to raise £1000 for the Wythenshawe burns unit.
The donation was raised by family, friends and well-wishers through a number of fundraising efforts, including a vigil to mark the one year anniversary of the tragedy.
