The independent review of the Isle of Man's health and social care system has been unanimously accepted in Tynwald.
Members of the House of Keys and the Legislative Council voted 29-0 in favour of the report.
Sir Jonathan Michael put forward the report containing 26 recommendations after claiming the current system was "clinically and financially unsustainable".
He published the report earlier in the month and had been working on it since April 2018.
The Council of Ministers will now be required to implement the recommendations.
