Will 'no-fault' evictions be stopped? We asked Housing Minister Esther McVey

Earlier in the year it was announced by the Government that private landlords would no longer be able to evict tenants at short notice and without good reason, but people are still being evicted.

The so-called 'no fault' eviction process is known as Section 21 and is thought to be one of the biggest causes of family homelessness.
