Notorious Coronation Street villain, Richard Hillman, will return this Saturday as the street undergoes a halloween transformation.
Coronation Street the Tour is running a walking tour of scary storylines from the programme's history in a one-off special event.
As darkness descends, the Street will receive a spooky makeover complete with pumpkins and eerie lighting, plus there’ll be face painting, trick or treating and other delights for the whole family.
Hillman terrorised the street during his spell on the show in the early 2000's and he will be returning to the scene of his crimes to regale tales to visitors.
After all he has plenty of stories to tell, from leaving Duggie for dead to killing Patricia with a shovel.
Brian Capron, who played Hillman, said: “I had some fantastic storylines during my time on Coronation Street.
"Richard was such a sinister and eerie character – I’ve certainly got some ghastly stories to share from his years of murderous crimes!”
The tours will run for one night only from 6-9pm on Saturday 26th October.
Tickets cost £25, children (aged 3 – 15 years old) £12.50 and under 3s go free.
Tickets for both standard and Hallowe’en Tours can be found at www.coronationstreettour.co.uk.
