A family travelling to Lapland next week are offering to bring back letters from Father Christmas to children in the North West.

The Falloon family are asking for donations towards lymphoedema treatment for their little girl, who was diagnosed with the condition earlier this year.

There is no cure for the disease and treatment is not currently offered on the NHS.

Lapland is the only place in the world where letters are stamped from Santa's workshop.
