Going to A&E can be a frightening and stressful experience at the best of times.

Now imagine you're a child suffering a mental health crisis and you've been sent there because there's no out-of-hours community care.

That's the experience of hundreds of young people in the North West every year.

The latest figures from the charity YoungMinds reveal the number of under 18s going to A & E in crisis has tripled since 2010.

So why has there been such a sharp rise and what's being done to help them?
