A Tackling Weapons Conference was held at Chester Cathedral today as part of ongoing efforts to make Chester knife crime-free.

A minutes silence was held to remember all the victims of knife crime.

It took place in the shadow of the Knife Angel statue outside Chester Cathedral.

Delegates at the conference heard from the Mother of Eddie O'Rouke, who was stabbed to death at an 18th birthday party in September last year.
