Another delay has been put in place for the Isle of Man Promenade refurbishments.
The new completion date for the project is now 17th August 2021 following multiple delays.
The new plans were announced at an evening drop-in session for residents and businesses on Wednesday 18th December.
The original aim was for the refurbishments to be completed by October 2020.
It comes after the Department of Infrastructure (DoI) made the decision not to work on the promenade outside hotels and businesses from 1st May to 1st September.
However, work will continue outside the Villa Gaiety and the Sefton Hotel in the 'cultural area' from August 2020.
People working on the Promenade have previously spoken of the damage the work has done to their businesses.
