The neighbourhood of Ancoats in Manchester has recently been named one of the coolest places to live in the world by the magazine 'Time Out'.
The area has been transformed in recent years with new housing, shops and places to eat and drink springing up in the Northern Quarter region.
However, this has meant that the average cost of a home has risen and the amount of social housing in the area has fallen.
So what does this mean for people who have lived in the area all of their lives?
