The father of a brain-damaged baby at the centre of a life-support court case says his son's ventilator has now been switched off.
Midrar Ali's parents had asked judges in the High Court and the Court of Appeal to ensure doctors kept treating their son. Both courts agreed with expert medics that the youngster was brain-stem dead.
Karwan Ali, Midrar's father, said his son had been "disconnected from the machine" and that the family "are not happy about what happened."
Mr Ali is now asking a coroner to investigate. He's been speaking to Ashley Derricott.
