The Isle of Man will enter a lockdown similar to the UK today after the last flight comes in to Ronaldsway.
All passenger arrivals by boat will also be stopped.
After that, only emergency transportation and freight will be allowed to enter the Island.
All non-essential shops are being told to close and people on the island are being told to stay at home.
One of the exceptions covers the transfer of patients to the UK for urgent healthcare appointments.
The public are reassured that the Patient Transfer service will still be able to arrange transport for anyone authorised by DHSC to travel to or from the UK in connection with an urgent healthcare appointment.
The total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in the Isle of Man now stands at 25.
