Manchester City launch new website to help fans "feel close to the club" during lockdown
Manchester City have launched a new website to allow fans to "remain close to the club" whilst staying at home during the Covid-19 outbreak.
'Cityzens At Home' will have club news, as well as a range of educational and sporting activities, according to City.
Pep Guardiola also addressed fans on the club's website to mark the occasion, asking them to "Stay inside. Stay safe".
He added: "We miss football. We miss the life that we had a few days ago but now is the time to listen, to follow our scientists, doctors and nurses.
"You are my football family and we are going to do everything possible to make you feel better. We’ll come back from this stronger, better, kinder…and a little bit fatter."
Football coaching videos will be provided by members of the club's coaching staff on the website, which Manchester City say will give fans the chance to stay fit whilst they are at home.
The club has also said that there will be daily skills challenges and mindfulness classes, as well as downloadable colouring content.
There will also be healthy food recipes provided by the club.
You can find the new website here.
